Yes. Each plan includes a number of team members, and you can add more on any plan for $15 per user a month ($150 a year on yearly plans), from the billing page.

07What happens if I run out of AI credits?+
AI features pause until your allowance renews, or you can buy a credit pack. Packs never expire and are used after the monthly allowance.
08Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the billing page at any time. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
09Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. The first payment of a new subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy for details.
10Are WhatsApp message charges included?+
No. WhatsApp message fees are between your business and Meta. Meta charges per delivered template message (marketing, utility and authentication) directly to the payment method in your own Meta Business portfolio. Cresa never bills, resells or marks up WhatsApp messages, and they are not part of your Cresa subscription. Replies inside the 24-hour customer service window are free.
